Responsibilities of Authors

  • Authors must ensure that all submitted work is original, free from plagiarism, and appropriately cites the work of others.
  • All listed authors should have made substantial contributions to the research and approve the final version of the manuscript.
  • Authors are required to disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation.
  • Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously is considered unethical and is strictly prohibited.

Responsibilities of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts solely on their academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without discrimination of any kind.
  • Editorial decisions are based on a fair and objective peer review process.
  • Editors must ensure confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not disclose any information regarding a manuscript to anyone other than those involved in the publication process.
  • In the event of ethical concerns or allegations of misconduct, editors will initiate appropriate and fair investigations and actions.

Publication Misconduct

SIAR PUBLICATIONS does not tolerate scientific misconduct, including fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or unethical research practices. Where misconduct is suspected or confirmed, the journal will take all necessary steps, which may include:

  • Retraction or correction of published articles,
  • Notification of the authors' affiliated institutions,
  • Banning the authors from future submissions.
