Peer Review Process

The peer review process at SIAR Publications ensures the highest standards of academic quality and integrity. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by experts in the relevant field. The process is as follows:

  1. Initial Screening: Manuscripts are screened for compliance with submission guidelines and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  2. Peer Review: Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers for double-blind evaluation.
  3. Reviewer Feedback: Reviewers assess the manuscript’s originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
  4. Editorial Decision: Based on reviewers’ reports, the editorial board decides to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript.
  5. Revision and Resubmission: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript in response to reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts may undergo further review.
  6. Final Decision: The editorial board makes the final decision regarding publication.
  7. Publication: Accepted manuscripts are copyedited and published online.
