Submission Guidelines for SIAR Publications

• Submission: Authors can submit manuscripts in two ways:
  • Online Submission (Recommended):
    1. Visit our Journals page
    2. Select the appropriate journal for your manuscript
    3. Click on "Submit Manuscript" on the journal's page
    4. Follow the online submission process
  • Email Submission (Alternative): If you experience any issues with the online submission system, you can email your manuscript to [email protected]. Please include your preferred journal name in the email subject.
• Language: Papers are accepted only in English.
• Page Format: Manuscripts should be prepared as Microsoft Word documents in Times New Roman (font size 12) on A4-sized paper, with 1-inch margins on all sides. Line spacing should be single-spaced, including references and tables. Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively as they appear in the manuscript, accompanied by appropriate captions. The text must not exceed 12 printable pages. Additional pages will incur extra charges.
• Manuscript Title: The title should be concise and descriptive.
• Author Information: Provide the full names and affiliations of all authors. Include the email address and phone number of the corresponding author.
• Abstract: The abstract should not exceed 300 words. Following the abstract, include a list of keywords (up to 5) and abbreviations. Keywords should highlight the main topics of the manuscript. Abbreviations should be provided for uncommon and lengthy terms.
• Introduction: The introduction should clearly outline the current issues and provide background context for the study.
• Literature Review: Concise, well-articulated thematic review of literatures is required.
• Materials and Methods: This section should be detailed and clearly defined, providing sufficient information for reproducibility.
• Results and Discussion: Authors may combine results and discussion into one section or present them as separate sections.
• Acknowledgment: This section should provide brief details of grants, funding sources, or any other acknowledgments relevant to the study.
• References: References should be listed at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order. Citations in the text should follow the APA citation style, using brackets, e.g., for single authors (Rahul, 2018) and multiple authors (Rahul et al., 2018).
• Make Payment
  If your article has been accepted, please proceed to make your payment below. You will need your article title and corresponding author email.
  
  Nigerian Authors: The article processing fee is ₦58,000. Please use the Paystack payment option on the payment page to pay in Naira.
  
  International Authors: Please contact the editor at [email protected] for payment options such as Western Union or other convenient methods. Do not use the Paystack form.
• Copyright: Upon acceptance of any manuscript the corresponding author would be required to fill and sign copyright transfer form empowering SIAR Publications to publish the manuscript.
• Proofreading and Publication: Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author prior to publication. Authors must thoroughly review the proofs to ensure there are no errors and return them promptly to the editorial office. The editorial office will proceed with publication shortly thereafter.
